Terms of use
The practical ground rules for using AI Draw Kit.
Operated by AI Draw Kit. Product: Prepaid credits for AI image generation services.
Using the service
Use AI Draw Kit only where permitted by applicable law and the model provider’s terms. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Keep access to your account secure and do not share or resell account access without permission.
Your content and permissions
You must have the rights and any necessary consent to submit your inputs. You authorize us and the service providers described in our Privacy policy to process those inputs for screening and the requested generation. Output rights and commercial permissions depend on the actual model provider and model license; verify those terms before using a result commercially.
Acceptable use policy
Do not create, upload, request, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or harmful content. Prohibited uses include child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, face-swap or deepfake content, credible threats or instructions for violent wrongdoing, fraud, infringement, and privacy violations. Do not facilitate illegal activity, bypass safety controls, manipulate requests, automate account creation, or evade credit and rate limits. Agnes screens prompt text before generation alongside local keyword filtering. Generation pauses when screening is unavailable. Screening does not detect every harmful request or guarantee that outputs are safe. Blocked requests do not use credits. Access may be restricted for misuse.
Credits and generation
Each paid image costs 2 credits; a coloring book of 6-12 pages costs 12-24 credits and requires purchased credits. Daily free images do not use purchased credits. Paid credits and daily capacity are reserved atomically before prompt screening. Reserved credits are returned when screening rejects a request or the generation is recorded as failed or timed out. Requests blocked by screening do not use credits after this automatic return. Daily free and site capacity may still be consumed by an admitted request, including one blocked by screening. Eligible visitors may generate up to 3 free images each UTC day across all tools, subject to browser, device, IP and shared site limits. The site accepts at most 3500 image requests daily, with 500 reserved for paid generations. Accepted requests may consume daily capacity even when a provider later fails; paid credits are returned for recorded failures. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. A result that you dislike is not necessarily a failed generation.
Purchases and delivery
We sell Prepaid credits for AI image generation services in one-time packs, with no automatic renewal. Prices and currency are listed on Pricing; applicable taxes and the final total appear before payment. No physical delivery is required. After payment is verified, an activation key is shown on the confirmation page. Activate it to use the purchased credits. Credits do not expire under the current policy. For refund eligibility and instructions, see our Refund policy.
Results and availability
AI outputs can be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other content. Review results before relying on or sharing them. Availability and model behavior may change, and uninterrupted service or a particular output cannot be guaranteed. Sample mode returns illustrative sample media and does not run a real model.
Portrait uploads
Hairstyle photos and photo modes in the outfit and chibi tools accept only consenting adults aged 18 or older. Do not upload minors, celebrities or public figures, or request their likeness, even if you own the photograph. You must confirm permission to use the photo. Attempts to evade age or identity screening are prohibited; denied or uncertain portrait checks stop the request. These tools are for ordinary hairstyle, clothing and character visualization, with no intimate edits or impersonation.
Uploads and third parties
Source photos on this service are automatically deleted after generation succeeds or fails. Unused uploads become inaccessible after 15 minutes; scheduled cleanup removes expired files. This short retention period is configurable (default: 15 minutes). Agnes processes photo inputs under its own retention policy; this timer does not promise deletion of provider copies. Generated files stored here expire after 24 hours and are physically removed during scheduled cleanup. Download results you want to keep. External model and payment providers apply their own terms and retention policies. This service is independent and does not imply an official partnership or endorsement.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Questions and access restrictions
Contact support@aidrawkit.com with questions, reports of prohibited content, or an appeal of an access restriction. We respond within 48 hours. Include the relevant generation or order identifier when available. Review our Privacy policy for information about your data.
