Failed generations
If a generation fails or reaches its configured timeout, its reserved credits are returned automatically to the same account. A delayed job may require a status refresh or scheduled reconciliation before the balance updates. Please contact support if the balance remains incorrect.
Purchased credits
Request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if all credits from that order remain unused. We charge no additional refund fee. The window begins at the time of payment. Eligibility applies to the entire order: a remaining balance after some of that order's credits have been used does not qualify for this full-refund offer. Automatically returned credits from failed generations are not treated as used. Starter credits have no monetary refund value. Used-credit purchases are reviewed for service defects and applicable consumer rights.
How to request a refund
Email support@aidrawkit.com within the refund window with your purchase email and order ID (PayPal capture ID for PayPal purchases). We respond within 48 hours and verify the payment and usage before processing an eligible refund to the original payment method. This response deadline is not a bank settlement deadline; arrival depends on your payment provider and financial institution. Do not send your activation key or full card number.
Output preferences
Successful generation uses credits even if the result does not match your preferences. If the output is technically broken or the service did not function as described, contact us with the generation identifier so we can investigate.
Payment refunds and chargebacks
Approved monetary refunds are processed through PayPal. An activation key is frozen when a verified payment notification confirms a refund, partial refund or dispute. It cannot fund further generation or be recovered while frozen. Notifications can be delayed. Contact support about disputed status; a frozen key is not automatically restored.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applies under your local law. Where those rights conflict with this policy, the applicable legal requirement takes priority.
