How AI Draw Kit handles information when you use our image tools.

Information we use
No sign-in is required. We maintain a guest identifier for free trial credits. After confirmed PayPal payment, we issue an activation key associated with your purchased credits and generation history. Our database stores a hash of the key. Your PayPal payment email and capture ID are used to verify recovery requests. An essential protected cookie maintains activated access. Do not share your key or recovery details.
Your prompts and uploads
We process the text and images you submit to provide the requested result. For an image-tool request, the generation record stores your description wrapped in the selected tool and style instructions, along with the tool, dimensions, job status and returned image URL. These records are associated with your guest or account identifier and are separate from the minimized screening and AI-call logs described below. The selected model provider receives the prompt and any image needed for the request. Do not submit sensitive information or material you do not have permission to use.
Content screening
Agnes receives prompt text for AI screening alongside local keyword filtering. Photo tools additionally send uploaded photos to Agnes for portrait screening before editing. Photos of minors, celebrities and public figures are refused; uncertain photo screening blocks generation. Screening cannot guarantee perfect age or identity recognition. For blocked requests, we keep a random event identifier, timestamp, screening provider, decision, local enforcement category, and a cryptographic hash of the prompt for 90 days. Scheduled cleanup removes older records; deletion can be delayed by a cleanup backlog or unavailable service. These screening records contain no raw prompts, images, credentials, full provider responses, or user identifiers. This retention rule applies to screening records, separately from generation and account records.
AI call records
For Agnes model calls, we keep cryptographic request hashes, model identifiers, timestamps, attempt counts and status for 90 days to monitor abuse and investigate failures. These call records do not contain raw prompts, uploaded images, result URLs, or API keys. These records are used for service operation and abuse prevention.
Source photo retention
Source photos on this service are automatically deleted after generation succeeds or fails. Unused uploads become inaccessible after 15 minutes; scheduled cleanup removes expired files. This short retention period is configurable (default: 15 minutes). Agnes processes photo inputs under its own retention policy; this timer does not promise deletion of provider copies.
Storage and retention
Generated graphics, coloring book pages and PDFs stored by this service become inaccessible after 24 hours. Automated scheduled cleanup physically removes expired objects on its next run; this may occur after access expires. The image tools return provider-hosted image URLs, which follow the provider’s retention and availability policies; we do not promise that those URLs last 24 hours. Download useful results promptly. Generation records, including wrapped prompts and result URLs, currently have no automatic deletion schedule. They remain with account and transaction records for service operation and support until an applicable deletion request or an operator retention action is completed.
Daily usage records
To enforce shared limits, usage records associate a job and visitor identifier with hashed device, network and coarse-browser signals. Generation quota records become eligible for cleanup after roughly two to three UTC days, and image-dispatch timestamps after two days. Cleanup is batched, so an unavailable scheduled service or backlog can delay removal. These records are separate from generation history.
Cookies and abuse prevention
Essential cookies maintain your session and a random browser identifier. We use cryptographic hashes derived from IP addresses, browser identifiers and coarse browser signals (language, platform, hardware concurrency, screen size and time zone) to enforce daily free-image, request and device-sharing limits. We do not use canvas fingerprinting. These controls can affect people on shared networks and do not detect every abuse attempt.
Payments and service providers
Checkout is handled by PayPal. They process payment details under their own policies. We receive payment email, order identifiers and status needed to provide purchased access and recovery; we do not store your complete card number. If payment email delivery is enabled, the email service receives your payment email and activation key to send your purchase confirmation. Hosting and storage use Cloudflare.
Advertising
Advertising is currently disabled. No AdSense script is loaded while advertising remains disabled.
