Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to every prompt, generation request, output, account and purchase on AI Draw Kit.

Prohibited content and conduct
Do not create, request, upload, generate or distribute any of the following through this service:
- Adult or sexual content, content of a sexual nature, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Any content involving minors, including depictions of children or anyone under 18, whether real, fictional or AI-generated.
- Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation tools or content, including edits to a real person's face.
- Impersonation using the portrait or likeness of a real person, including celebrities, public figures or private individuals.
- Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening or violent content, including graphic violence and instructions for harm.
- Illegal content or activity, fraud, deception, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass moderation, account restrictions or usage limits.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Only request material you have the right to use.
Photo uploads are disabled. Hairstyle, outfit and chibi tools generate original concepts from text descriptions only. Hairstyle references show fictional adult models; they do not edit real faces or photos.
Content moderation and enforcement
Requests are screened before generation. Content identified as violating this policy is blocked by content moderation; requests also stop when required screening is unavailable. Do not attempt to evade these controls. Screening has limitations, so review every output before saving or sharing it and report prohibited results.
Violations may result in restricted access, account suspension or permanent termination without a refund. This does not limit any refund or other right required by applicable law. Credits reserved for a request that is blocked or fails are returned automatically; this credit return is separate from a monetary refund.
Reports, questions and appeals
Email support@aidrawkit.com to report prohibited content or appeal an access restriction. Include the generation or order identifier when available, and do not send passwords or sensitive images. We respond within 48 hours.
