Choose text inspiration or an outfit from photo
Text mode is useful when you want an outfit concept without uploading a personal image. Describe a fictional adult, the clothes, and the occasion. Photo mode starts with a full-body picture of an authorized adult and asks the model to change clothing while retaining the person. Pick a neutral pose with arms slightly separated from the torso so sleeves and layers are easier to interpret.
Keep the original photo clear enough to show the shoes and the top of the head. Avoid mirrors that obscure clothing, busy group scenes, and heavy image filters. Compare body proportions and facial details after generation. Reject a preview that changes the person instead of merely helping you imagine a different outfit.
Build an outfit around pieces you actually own
Name one anchor garment first, such as straight-leg jeans, a rust cardigan, or a navy skirt. Add the weather, activity, and preferred footwear. This produces a more actionable brief than asking for a stylish outfit. If you need coverage, pockets, flat shoes, or room for a warm base layer, state those requirements directly in your description.
Describe colors and materials in practical terms: a cream cotton shirt, dark indigo denim, or a matte black jacket. Limit the main palette to a few related colors when exploring combinations. An AI image may invent a garment that does not exist in a store, so look for the relationship between shapes and colors rather than an exact product to purchase.
Compare proportions, layers, and the occasion
For workwear, consider how the outfit would feel while sitting, commuting, and moving through your day. For an event, mention the setting and your own dress preferences. The model does not know an invitation or workplace dress code unless you describe it. An attractive picture should still be checked against your comfort, climate, and the clothing you have available.
Inspect cuffs, collars, buttons, belts, and the places where layers meet. These details can merge or become physically implausible. Photo previews also cannot verify sizing, fabric stretch, drape, or tailoring. Use a promising combination to plan a wardrobe try-on, then judge the real garments in a mirror and in motion before making a final choice.
Use only authorized adult reference photos
The photo workflow refuses requests involving minors or celebrity portraits. Confirm that the subject is an adult, is not a public figure, and has agreed to this use. Do not upload someone else to embarrass them or request undressing. The site keeps uploads for a short configurable period, with a default 15-minute limit and deletion when the task finishes. Provider copies are governed by the image service policy. You can use text mode when you prefer to explore clothing without sending a personal photograph.
